What is the custom design process:
To create a truly custom design, your involvement is key at every stage. This ensures that the final creation exceeds your expectations. Your dream custom piece is one call away.
Step 1: Design Consultation
A personalized phone consultation with one of our Custom Jewelry Designers to ensure every detail is captured, offering a seamless and luxury experience.
Step 2: Create a 2D Design of Custom Design
Here’s where the magic happens! Based on your style and any designs or details you share during our call, we’ll sketch a scaled design of your custom piece for you to review.
Step 3: Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Jewelry Model
Once you approve the 2D sketch, our Chief Design Officer creates a precise 3D model using advanced CAD software. You’ll receive the rendering via email or text for your final approval.
Step 4: 3-D Model Printing
Next, we bring your design to life with a 3D printer, producing a model that captures every detail. Depending on your preference, we'll send you the detailed images for your approval before proceeding to production.
Step 5: Casting, Pre-Finishing, Assembly, Stone Setting & Final Finishing
Now for the exciting part! Once the model is approved, we cast your custom piece in your chosen precious metals— .925 Silver,10kt gold,14kt gold, 18kt gold, or platinum. Each piece everything is perfect. If your design includes assembly, stone setting, or special finishes like high polish, our designers ensure every element is perfect. All custom jewelry is handmade.
Step 6: Quality Control (QC)
Once the custom piece is complete, our quality control team performs a series of tests to check measurement, functionality (clasps, etc.) and finishing. They then inspect the jewelry for overall craftsmanship to ensure there are no defects such as scratches or irregularities in gemstone settings.
Step 7: Voila! Your Custom Jewelry is Ready!
Once approved by QC, your stunning custom jewelry is ready for personal presentation or delivery.
