Jewelry Customization Process
Signature approval is required for each phase of jewelry customization. You must review and approve custom jewelry lettering (font) and its overall design. Custom jewelry mock-ups are provided via 3-D model and may or may not contain the actual stone. Upon sign-off, allow 7-10 business days for creation.
If additional modifications are requested after an order has been confirmed, you (client) are responsible for those changes.
A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin custom jewelry designing. The balance is due prior to jewelry pick-up or shipping.
Invoices that indicate partial payments are allowed must be fully paid prior to shipping. All invoices are sent electronically via Shopify or PayPal. Order confirmations are provided via email upon receipt of deposit.
If a custom order is cancelled for any reason, you (Client) forfeit your deposit.
Returns or exchanges on custom jewelry is prohibited.
An email containing order tracking information will be sent via email upon shipping. Tracking information can also be obtained via the Aluxetti website. Please allow 3- 4 weeks for custom jewelry delivery.
